The ECCF Mapping Programme was launched with the aim of drawing the distribution maps of 51 species of macrofungi in Europe and of gathering information on the ecology and status of each species in the different countries. The publication of this book is the culmination of several years of work and is the result of the collaboration of almost 300 mycologists in 38 countries. For each species a distribution map with comments and one or more pictures are given.
